Your 14:24 #395

Do you have 14:24 to put into it? This is message 395 and day 49 in the 8-C Challenge and this message is dedicated to Brian Cain.

Frames help us. Frames help us focus. Frames help us act. Frames are artificial. Frames are hacks.
Time frames can be a hack.  How many hours are there in a day? There are 24 in the ones that end in “Y”. How many minutes are there in a day? That would be 24×60 = 1440. What is 1% of that?
1% of 24 hours (or 1440 minutes) is 14 minutes and 24 seconds. I got this idea from Brian Cain (I actually think he got it from a friend) who wrote the book One Percent Better. The premise is based upon this

Question: What’s the #1 thing you KNOW you could be doing that, if you spent just 1% of your day doing it, would have THE most positive impact in your life?

You spend 14:24 on 100 different things each day. It may not be 100 different things. If you sleep 7 hours then youre spending 29 of those on that. What if you traded something? What if you replaced just one of your 14:24 on that thing you really want to do?
