Chad and his wife Jamie have been married for over 29 years. They have four daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandsons. Chad works for Bone Dry Roofing, a family-owned contractor based in Indianapolis that has served over 100,000 homeowners since 1989. He is passionate about personal development.

A native Hoosier, Chad was born and raised in Muncie. He attended schools in California and Illinois. Chad operated a monument engraving company for 9 years and worked in development at a non-profit for 12 years. He has been with Bone Dry for five years.

He is a table tennis enthusiast and has read every Nero Wolfe mystery novel.
