If you will do what is hard, then your life will be easy. If you only do what is easy for you, then your life will be hard. Now, what is hard for you may not be what is hard for another. Discipline varies. Reading is an enjoyment to me. That may be difficult for you. Running is hard for me, but that may be easy for you. 

I am not saying everything you do has to be difficult, must be hard. There will be many things that you need to do that will be hard. If you only choose what is easy, As sure as the rising and setting of the sun, your life will be hard.

So what will it be today? Do something difficult daily. What hard thing do you know you must do?
